The Acadian Table
Fricot, râpure, and poutine à trou, served warm at a beach window. A provincial park in l’Acadie should serve the food of the place.

Lobster rolls, seafood buckets, true vegetarian and vegan mains, and the canteen classics, done properly.

The WitZuit Beach Bar. Same kitchen, carried out to the water, with its own music and its own mood.

Le Pavillon Parlee: a games café, an event hall, and Les Mardis. When it rains, the beach empties upward.
